Epic Bikepark Leogang is one of Europe's landmark lift-served bikeparks, sitting by the Asitz and Steinberg lifts and forming a gateway to the wider Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn bike region. It is not just a few trails above a village, but a full riding base with cable cars, the Riders Playground, workshops, hire options and lines that can entertain both a first-time bikepark visitor and an experienced downhill rider.

The riding character is broad. Beginners and families have a useful progression zone in the Riders Playground and on easier lines, while stronger riders move toward Steinberg Line, Hangman, Speedster, Hot Shots or the more natural singletrails nearby. The official trail report shows a clear grading structure, so it is easy to move from flow and berms toward faster rocky and jump-heavy sections.

Start the day gently, even if you know other Alpine parks well. Leogang has serious vertical, high speeds and many choices, so fatigue builds quietly. A sensible plan is to warm up on easier lines in the morning, choose harder tracks after lunch according to the current trail report, and leave enough time for the final lift and bike wash.

For travellers, Leogang is a strong mix of sport and convenience. The base area is concentrated by the lower station, the railway station is nearby and the Pinzgau valley adds swimming spots, mountains and quieter villages. It suits riders who want a full day of lift laps but also like the option of a longer singletrail or a side trip into the surrounding Austrian bike region.
