Davos Klosters Jakobshorn: high-alpine MTB above Davos

Davos Klosters is not a fenced bikepark with one finish arena, but a mountain area where lifts open up long alpine descents. Jakobshorn is the clearest entry point directly from Davos Platz: within minutes you are high above town, with grassy ridges, gravel, narrow tracks and later forest sections unfolding below.

The experience is defined by vertical and landscape. Jakobshorn reaches roughly 2,590 metres, and the summer cable car lets you start high, where riding is more sensitive to weather, wind and lingering snow in nearby gullies. Routes toward Ischalp, Sertig or back to Davos are not just artificial flow lines; they often combine natural surfaces, hiking terrain and technique that requires courtesy.
