Who it suits

Autokemp Slapy Skalice is a simple and practical campsite by Slapy Reservoir, about 35 km south of Prague. It suits campers who want water, basic facilities and an easy summer base rather than a luxury resort.

Accommodation

You can stay with your own tent, caravan or campervan, or choose four-bed wooden cabins, small apartments, studios or apartments. Cabins are about 20 m from the reservoir but do not have private bathrooms; showers, toilets, kitchen and dining room are in the main building.

Water and facilities

The campsite has easy access to Slapy Reservoir and a swimming area. It also lists a shared kitchen with electric cookers, a garden restaurant with views, basic food and hygiene goods, campfire seating and motorboat rental.

Prices

The official price list gives cabins at CZK 700/night, small apartments at CZK 790/night, studios at CZK 1,100/night and apartments at CZK 2,500/night. Tent up to two people costs CZK 100/night, larger tent CZK 130/night and caravan or campervan CZK 250/night. Adult fee is CZK 160/night, child CZK 120/night and electric hookup CZK 140/night.

Season and booking

The campsite lists opening from 1 April to 31 October. In July and August, weekly stays usually start on Saturday by 16:00. Reservations are handled through an order form.

Getting there

Head to Slapy 382, 252 08 Slapy. By public transport, plan via Slapy and current connections from Prague.

Watch out

This is a classic campsite, not a hotel-style resort. Cabins use shared bathrooms. In summer, book ahead and supervise children by the reservoir.
